Yang-Kyoung (Lou) Nam is an immigration attorney specializing in employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E visa, Green Card: PERM, I-140, I-485 and EB-1C). Lou also has broad experience in advising IT consulting firms on H-1B and I-9 compliance issues because of her experience as in-house counsel prior to joining GILT.
Lou received her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law Graduating cum laude in 2010. She received her bachelor’s degree in literature from Chung-Ang University, Seoul, South Korea in 2001. She is currently admitted to practice law in Indiana and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Bilingual in Korean and English.
