Lauren serves as the Brand Coordinator at Global Immigration Legal Team, where she bridges the gap between complex legal practice and client-centered communication. She brings a proven track record of building brands from the ground up through strategic storytelling and innovative design. After working with boutique galleries and creative studios in Philadelphia and Miami, Lauren worked on a social documentary project in Latin America before moving to Colombia for a multi-year cultural and Spanish language immersion.
Since joining the firm in 2023, Lauren has served as an immigration paralegal across the Employment, Family, and Removal Defense departments, while also supporting clients seeking humanitarian and special relief. This ‘inside-out’ perspective allows her to cultivate firm communications that are deeply rooted in a commitment to advocacy, excellence, and the lived experiences of the clients the firm serves.

Her curiosity about the diverse experiences of our clients fuels tailored branding solutions that prioritize the human element of every legal journey. To showcase the team’s competence, Lauren orchestrates the monthly article series, “Inside Counsel.” Through these policy reports and expertise-driven updates, she positions the firm as a dependable source of timely, urgent information for our client base. By translating dense legal concepts into clear, engaging narratives, Lauren ensures that clients feel informed and empowered long before their first consultation.
Lauren shapes the firm’s representation at its essence: a team that is creative, responsive, and continuously looking to add value to the client experience. Lauren is highly passionate about visual representation and enjoys curating the firm’s image to reflect our multicultural values through vibrant, warm aesthetics.
Lauren remains deeply embedded in the firm’s daily legal operations as a paralegal, providing critical support across business, family, humanitarian, and removal defense cases. Her technical knowledge spans a wide range of matters, including H-1B, PERM, and TN visas, as well as Adjustment of Status, VAWA, TPS, Asylum, U-Visas, and Naturalization. This direct involvement in the legal process guarantees that firm communications are never disconnected from the client experience. By working alongside our attorneys on active matters, she gains the firsthand perspective necessary to communicate the firm’s mission with absolute authenticity.
Outside of the office, Lauren is usually dreaming up her next big event production, planning a future trip to Colombia, or indulging her cat, Pepe, with a few too many treats.
