Erin is an Associate Attorney at Global Immigration Legal Team. Erin focuses on advising individuals on their immigration relief and represents clients before the Immigration Court and USCIS in a variety of matters, including asylum, family petitions, adjustment of status, and humanitarian forms of relief such as VAWA and U visas. Erin has extensive knowledge of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and the legal processes for immigrant children.
Prior to joining GILT Law, Erin was a Staff Attorney at HIAS Pennsylvania, where she provided direct representation to children who entered the United States as Unaccompanied Children. During law school, Erin was a student attorney in the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic, where she represented clients before USCIS, the Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigrant Appeals (BIA).
Erin is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys reading and traveling to new places.
