Brendan Ryan is an experienced immigration attorney and litigator successfully representing clients in front of the Immigration Court, USCIS, and ICE offices around the country. Brendan assists clients in navigating complex legal situations and has specific expertise in working with and freeing detained clients. Brendan’s clients have been granted legal status in a multitude of cases including:
-Asylum
-Cancellation of removal.
-Adjustment of status.
-Special immigrant juvenile status.
-Protection under the Convention Against Torture.
Brendan is also the firm’s U visa expert and has excellent relationships with law enforcement agencies across the country. Additionally, Brendan has been highly successful in obtaining hardship waivers for clients with inadmissibility issues.
Brendan’s passion for defending immigrants started at Villanova School of Law, where Brendan worked in the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services. Brendan graduated from Villanova with a J.D. in 2018. Brendan is currently admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and The United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
